Sun Capital Partners, a leading private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies, acquired Delaware Valley Management Holdings, doing business as “Simply Beautiful Smiles,” a leading regional dental service organization headquartered in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
