HCA to acquire Wellness & Lifestyle from Advent Partners.

Healthcare Australia, a healthcare recruiter, agreed to acquire Wellness & Lifestyle, an aged care provider, from Advent Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With HCA’s scale and national presence, we can add tremendous value to Revita and W&L in their national expansion and further growth. HCA is a well-oiled machine in healthcare workforce management which can help to enhance and generate greater volumes in our Allied workforce,” Jason Cartwright, HCA CEO.
