Parcom Capital and Robert van der Wallen completed the acquisition of Nedac Sorbo Moscot from ABN AMRO and NPM Capital.

Synopsis

Parcom Capital Management, a private equity firm, and Robert van der Wallen, the Netherlands-based private investor, completed the acquisition of Nedac Sorbo Mascot, a trading and distribution company that distributes nonfood assortments, from ABN AMRO Participaties and NPM Capital, the Netherlands-based private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. H2 Equity Partners and management will increase their respective shareholdings in the company. “In the last few years, a lot of progress has been made and we have realised a significant transformation in our company as well as for our clients.
