Revima completed the acquisition of FlightWatching.

Revima, an independent MRO solutions provider, completed the acquisition of FlightWatching, a Toulouse based start-up specialized in digital analytics, visualization and predictive maintenance software and solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today we are proud to integrate FlightWatching into the Revima family. Thanks to this important step we will be able to further develop our APU service offering and potentially extend our digital services to other components and improve the operational performance of our customers’ fleets,” Olivier Legrand, Revima President and CEO.
