RoundTable Healthcare and Signet Healthcare completed the acquisition of Moberg Pharma's OTC business for $155m.

RoundTable Healthcare, an operating-oriented private equity firm, and Signet Healthcare, provider of growth capital to innovative healthcare companies, completed the acquisition of Moberg Pharma's OTC business for $155m.
