Sapio to acquire GTI medicare and GTI Nord medicare.

Sapio, one of Italy's largest independent gas suppliers and healthcare companies, agreed to acquire the home therapy companies GTI medicare and GTI Nord medicare. Financial terms were not disclosed. SAPIO intends to continue to consistently implement its international expansion plan, strengthen its presence for customers and patients in Germany, and drive the companies' sustainable growth.
