Cadence Design Systems, an American multinational electronic design automation software and engineering services company, completed the acquisition of a 16% stake in Green Hills Software, that builds operating systems and programming tools for embedded systems, for $150m. “The hyperconnected era is creating increasing safety and security challenges, particularly for the critical aerospace and defense, automotive, medical and industrial IoT domains.
