Uniti Group sold Latin America Tower Portfolio to Phoenix Tower International for $100m.

Uniti Group, an internally managed real estate investment trust, sold Latin America Tower Portfolio to Phoenix Tower International, a premier site provider to wireless operators across the Americas, for $100m. "This transaction realizes substantial value for our stockholders and allows us to focus on the vast communications infrastructure growth opportunities in the US, Uniti Towers will continue to be a significant component of our ongoing strategy to provide a full suite of solutions to wireless carriers and other customers."
