Colisee Group acquired Armonea Group from Palmyra Brands and Verlinvest.

Colisee Group, a key player in the global old-age dependency sector and a portfolio company of IK Investment Partners, acquired Armonea Group, the eldercare facilities leader in Belgium, from Palmyra Brands and Verlinvest. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are combining two key players, with a clear cultural and shared values alignment.
