Anheuser-Busch acquired Cutwater Spirits

Brewing giant Anheuser-Busch acquired Cutwater Spirits, a San Diego-based spirits and canned cocktail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to welcome the Cutwater Spirits team to the Anheuser-Busch family.
