Ardian completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SwanCap Partners from UniCredit.

Private equity firm Ardian completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SwanCap Partners, a private markets investment management firm, from UniCredit, an Italian global banking and financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an important milestone in the growth of SwanCap, reaffirming the company's independence and its development as a pure-play investment manager.
