Arjun Infrastructure Partners to acquire Beckton Energy and Rhodes CoRDe from iCON Infrastructure Partners.

Arjun Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure asset management company, has agreed to acquire Beckton Energy and Rhodes CoRDe, two companies operating power generation plants, from iCON Infrastructure Partners, an investment firm specializing in infrastructure investments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
