Raia Drogasil to acquire Drogaria Onofre.

RAIA DROGASIL has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with CCI Foreign and Beauty Holdings as Sellers and CVS Pharmacy as Guarantor, by which the Company undertook to purchase quotas representing 100% of the capital stock of Drogaria Onofre. The Acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent which are customary in transactions of this nature, in particular the approval by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority.
