Livingbridge acquired FluidOne, a leading data connectivity aggregator, from Rigby Group, a parent company for a portfolio of family-owned and highly successful businesses operating across Europe and the Middle East. Financial terms were not disclosed. FluidOne provides a range of quality data connectivity services to UK businesses across the construction, hospitality, hotels, professional services and retail sectors.
