Total Eren completed its acquisition of NovEnergia for €1.1bn.

Total Eren, a renewable energy Independent Power Producer based in Paris, completed its acquisition of NovEnergia Holding Company, a Southern European IPP. NHC benefits from a strong management in place with longstanding track-record in the renewable energy sector. The company is valued at more than €1.1bn. “I would like to deeply thank Total Group for its support in achieving the strategic acquisition of the NovEnergia Holding Company.
