Addtech completed the acquisition of Omni Ray.

Addtech, a technology trading group, completed the acquisition of Omni Ray, a Zürich-based technical trading company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This will benefit both business areas Components and Automation as they can better focus on their respective opportunities and enables further growth potential with our scalable business model," Niklas Stenberg, Addtech President and CEO.
