Synopsis

The Italian Agribusiness Fund I (FAI I) has completed an investment in Romagnapan holding company of the group headed by Orienta Partners, together with the acquisition of Glaxi Pane by Orienta Partners with a group of Italian entrepreneurs and investors, the Indigo Capital fund and FAI I.
