Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising companies at the lower end of the midmarket, has agreed to acquire CINgroup, a provider of innovative software and due diligence solutions to attorneys and their clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. During our ownership, despite a steady decline in US personal bankruptcy filings, we went on the offensive by making several strategic acquisitions to cement CINgroup's position as a leader in both software and data products.
