Sentinel Capital Partners to acquire CINgroup.

Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising companies at the lower end of the midmarket, has agreed to acquire CINgroup, a provider of innovative software and due diligence solutions to attorneys and their clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sentinel has worked closely with CINgroup's experienced and talented management team to successfully build a business with a strong foundation and significant future growth opportunity. During our ownership, despite a steady decline in US personal bankruptcy filings, we went on the offensive by making several strategic acquisitions to cement CINgroup's position as a leader in both software and data products.
