Tamburi completed the acquisition of an 18% stake in OVS from Gruppo Coin for €75m.

Tamburi Investment Partners, an independent investment/merchant bank, completed the acquisition of an 18% stake in OVS, a fashion company that designs, develops and merchandises menswear, womenswear and children's wear, from Gruppo Coin, a departmental store, for €75m. As a result of the above, TIP, already shareholder of OVS with an equity interest of c. 4.9%, will achieve an overall stake of around 23% of the share capital of OVS.
