Spectrum-backed ExamSoft acquired LiftUpp.

Spectrum Equity-backed ExamSoft, a secure testing and assessment platform company based in Dallas, acquired LiftUpp, a leading UK-based clinical assessment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Said David James, Managing Director of Liftupp, “the Liftupp products and company were created by educators for educators.
