Bauer Media to acquire UKRD Group.

Bauer Media Group, a mass media company, is set to acquire UKRD Group, an owner and operator of radio stations over the UK. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition, Bauer acquires UKRD’s interests in FRS and three local DAB multiplexes including Surrey and North Sussex, North Yorkshire and South West Digital Radio.
