Boeing completed the acquisition of ForeFlight from Silver Lake Sumeru.

Boeing, an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, satellites, telecommunications equipment, and missiles worldwide, completed the acquisition of ForeFlight, a provider of innovative mobile and web-based aviation applications from Silver Lake Sumeru. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are inspired by the future built at Boeing and what our teams will be able to create by coming together.
