Permira-backed Corin Group acquired OMNI Orthopaedics.

Permira-backed UK International orthopaedic company Corin Group acquired OMNI Orthopaedics, a pioneer in robotic-assisted total knee replacement. Financial terms were not disclosed. Corin’s CEO Stefano Alfonsi said: “We are delighted to welcome the innovative and talented OMNI team into the Corin global family.
