Steadfast Capital, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Kempf, a manufacturer of custom truck semi-trailers and bodies with tilting mechanism. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the years KEMPF has successfully positioned itself as a leading market player in the innovative commercial vehicle segment in Europe.
