Ermewa Group to acquire Raffles Lease

Raffles Lease Holdings, a Singapore-based company owned by Buss Global Investment Holdings, has sold 100% of its shares in Raffles Lease to Eurotainer, a subsidiary of the Ermewa Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Raffles Lease provides a range of container leasing solutions to the shipping industry worldwide. It offers dry, tank, refrigerated, and other special containers in various lease types, including one way leases, short term/master leases, long term operating leases, finance leases, and sale and leaseback programs. Following this acquisition, it now has a fleet of 60,000+ tank containers, in line with its plans to expand globally in the sector.
