Keensight Capital and ISAI completed the acquisition of IVIDATA.

Private equity firm Keensight Capital and ISAI Expansion, the French tech entrepreneurs' fund, completed the acquisition of IVIDATA, a consulting group specialized in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with Keensight Capital and ISAI, who have demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of our business and core strengths.
