Smurfit Kappa launched a €81m tender offer for a minority stake in Cartón de Colombia.

Smurfit Kappa, a European packaging company, launched a €81m ($87m) tender offer for a minority stake in Cartón de Colombia, a producer and seller of virgin fiber pulps and packaging products in Colombia. Smurfit Kappa holds 69.94% of the shares in Cartón prior to the tender offer and will now hold 97.7% post completion of the tender offer.
