ESR to acquire Propertylink Group for $500m.

ESR, an APAC focused integrated logistics real estate platform, agreed to acquire Propertylink, a company specializing in Australian industrial and office investments, for $500m. “We are excited to be joining ESR Australia and look forward to the opportunities that ESR’s extensive network and relationships across the region will offer the business.
