Laurel Solutions completed the acquisition of Servelec Technologies

Laurel Solutions, an affiliate of private equity firm FFL Partners, completed the acquisition of Servelec Technologies, a UK based provider of remote monitoring systems, secure SCADA systems, and business optimisation software providing complete end-to-end automation and optimisation solutions to clients around the world. Financial terms were not disclosed.
