ArcLight Energy Partners completed the acquisition of American Midstream Partners for $278m.

ArcLight Energy Partners completed the acquisition of American Midstream Partners, a limited partnership formed to provide critical midstream infrastructure that links producers of natural gas, crude oil, NGLs, condensate and specialty chemicals to end-use markets, for $278m. As a result of the Merger, the Partnership's common units will no longer be publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange and will be deregistered under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
