InfraVia completed the acquisition of a majority stake in CELESTE.

InfraVia, an independent investment company, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in CELESTE, a provider of B2B internet service using dedicated fibre connections over its own network. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In 15 years, CELESTE has become a solid company, capable of competing with market leaders. With the entry of InfraVia into the capital, CELESTE aims to cross the milestone of €100m in revenue," Nicolas Aube, CELESTE President.
