Gryphon Investors completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LEARN Behavioral from LLR Partners.

Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in LEARN Behavioral, the leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs, from LLR Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to partner with the team at Gryphon.
