Huddersfield-based SimplyBiz Group, the largest provider of outsourced regulatory and business support services to the financial services market, acquired Defaqto, an independent financial research company, provides a range of ratings, software solutions, consultancy and data services, and publications and events in the United Kingdom, for £74m.
