Hi-Season Trading and Gruppo Rino Snaidero formed a joint venture.

Hi-Season Trading, a Chinese company specialized in the production of high-quality electronic appliances, and Gruppo Rino Snaidero, leading Italian company in the production and sale of kitchens, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. The agreement is aimed at the exclusive distribution of the Snaidero product on Chinese retail and contract channels. The headquarter will be in Beijing and the main goal will be the opening of 4 flagship stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu.
