HQ Equita, the direct investment company of HQ Capital, completed the acquisition of a value-added software distributor Ebertlang from Beyond Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ebertlang is one of the leading value-added distributors of infrastructure software for small and mid-sized companies in German-speaking Europe.
