CHAMP Private Equity agreed to acquire Marand Precision Engineering, a global supplier of precision engineered solutions to a range of industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. However, the founding family retains an investment in the company. Rohan Stocker, CEO of Marand said, "This is a wonderful opportunity to facilitate further growth in the Business.
