3i Group and Cathay Capital-backed Ponroy Santé Group, a European consumer healthcare company, and agreed to acquire Pasquali Healthcare, a pharmaceutical company in Italy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am delighted to see Pasquali Healthcare joining forces with Ponroy to initiate a new phase of its development.
