Willis Towers Watson completed the acquisition of TRANZACT from Clayton, Dubilier & Rice for $1.2bn.

Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and solutions company, completed the acquisition of TRANZACT, a direct-to-consumer health care organization that links individuals to US insurance carriers, from private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, for $1.2bn.
