Investment company Matilda Holding completed the acquisition of Autorotor and Autocam, two Italian companies active in the realization of mechanical units for the automation, assembly, packaging and handling market. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new company policy is based on the creation of an increasingly dynamic and competitive company, with ambitious growth targets both in Italy and abroad.
