Mahou San Miguel acquired an additional 40% stake in Avery Brewing Company.

Mahou San Miguel, a Spanish brewing company, acquired an additional 40% stake in Avery Brewing Company, a regional brewery from Colorado. Financial terms were not disclosed. The newly acquired stake will be combined with Mahou’s original 30% minority interest in Avery that was purchased in early 2018.
