Morrison and Co, a specialist alternative asset manager, completed the acquisition of Sundrop Farms, a developer, owner and operator of high tech greenhouse facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We've been looking for a long time to participate in the food and agriculture supply chain and Sundrop is a great example of that," Paul Newfield, Morrison & Co Chief Investment Officer.
