Autotorino completed the merger with Autostar.

Autotorino, an Italy-based car dealer of 13 brands (Hyundai, Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Toyota, Smart, Mitsubishi, SsangYong, KIA, Jeep, Subaru, Mini, BMW e BMW motorroad), completed the merger with Autostar, a car dealer operating in the North-East of Italy mainly with Mercedes brands and BMW. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger of Autotorino and Autostar will expand the opportunities for new investments in processes and platforms to better compete in customer mobility services.
