Providence Equity Partners completed the acquisition of GlobalTranz Enterprises from Jordan Company.

Providence Equity Partners completed its acquisition of GlobalTranz Enterprises, a technology, and third-party logistics solutions company providing award-winning Transportation Management System products to shippers, logistics service providers, and carriers, from Jordan Company.
