Spie Batignolles completed the acquisition of Pieux Ouest.

Spie Batignolles, a French construction company based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, completed the acquisition of Pieux Ouest, a concrete contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition will help enrich our offer in special foundations, to meet local projects, in Ile-de-France in particular, where Pieux Ouest achieves around 60% of its activity. The excellent reputation of the company and the quality of its qualified staff constitute real assets to strengthen the development of our activity," Olivier Peter, Spie Batignolles Managing Director.
