Perceva completed the acquisition of Albarelle Group.

Perceva, a private equity firm completed the acquisition of Albarelle Group, an education services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, Perceva intends to consolidate the group's equity in order to allow it to take advantage of the consolidation of the sector while allowing it to develop its offer through potential new locations.
