US subsidiary of Elbit Systems, an Israel-based international defense electronics company, completed the acquisition of the night vision business of Harris Corporation, a leading technology innovator, for $350m. The transaction is conditioned on completion of Harris' proposed merger with L3 Technologies, as well as customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
