Corporacion Financiera Alba completed the acquisition of a 7.5% stake in Verisure from Hellman & Friedman for €557m.

Private equity firm Hellman & Friedman sold a 7.5% stake in Verisure, a Sweden-based provider of security products and services for homes and businesses, to Corporacion Financiera Alba, a Spain-based holding company engaged in the real estate sector, for €557m ($625m).
