Leonard Green & Partners to acquire The Wrench from Investcorp.

Leonard Green & Partners, a private equity firm, to acquire The Wrench from Investcorp, investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Wrench Group is a leading provider of residential maintenance and repair services with specialization in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing.
