Clearlake Capital invested in Insight-backed Appriss Holdings.

Private equity firm Clearlake Capital invested in Insight-backed Appriss Holdings, which provides data and analytics for public and private enterprises that are focused on public safety, fraud prevention and substance abuse. Clearlake will be an equal partner in Appriss alongside management and Insight Partners, which invested in Appriss in 2014. Financial terms were not disclosed.
