Samsic Group to acquire majority stake in Sellick Partnership.

Samsic Group, a soft service provider, has acquired majority stake in Sellick Partnership, an independent recruitment companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sellick Partnership was created in 2002 and currently employs 100 staff in Manchester, Liverpool, Derby, Leeds, Newcastle, Stoke-on-Trent and London. Sellick Partnership forecasts a 24% turnover increase for 2019, to the sum of £49m.
